Install the Plugin & Install the theme

First, make sure you have the plugin ZIP file ‘playposters_plugin.zip’ and ‘playposter_wptheme.zip’ ready with you.

There are two options when it comes to installing the plugin:

• A. Installing via FTP
• B. Installing via WordPress Plugin and Themes Uploader

Installing the plugin via FTP

1. Unzip the ‘playposters_plugin.zip’ file to a folder on your local drive.
2. Upload the ‘playposter-plugin’ folder to the WordPress plugins folder on your server
   (example: http://yourserver/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/) using FTP.
3. Log into your WordPress admin panel and navigate to Plugins page.
4. Activate the plugin.

Installing the plugin via WordPress Plugin Uploader

1. Log into your WordPress admin panel.
2. Navigate to Plugins » Add New page.
3. Click to Upload Plugin button.
4. Select the the ‘playposters_plugin.zip’ file using the Choose File button and click to Install Now.
5. When the install is ready click to the Activate Plugin.

Installing the themes via FTP

1. Unzip the ‘playposter_wptheme.zip’ file to a folder on your local drive.
2. Upload the ‘playposter-theme’ folder to the WordPress plugins folder on your server
   (example: http://yourserver/wordpress/wp-content/themes/) using FTP.
3. Log into your WordPress admin panel and navigate to Themes page.
4. Activate the plugin.

Installing the themes via WordPress Plugin Uploader

1. Log into your WordPress admin panel.
2. Navigate to Themes » Add New page.
3. Click to Upload Plugin button.
4. Select the the ‘playposter_wptheme.zip’ file using the Choose File button and click to Install Now.
5. When the install is ready click to the Activate Plugin.

After activation the ‘Playposter’ menu will be added to the WordPress side navigation panel.
